i am32 year male (HP)2013 august i will marriad gurdaspur punjab.2 month latter i know my wife affair previous last 5 year a sikh boy gurdaspur.but now my wife,and her mother, and her lover call to me. and they warn to me (kill to life) dailly they threat me and my pairants.we had no divorcee me and my wife. my wife and her lover kill me anytime.pls help me. what should can i do.
tell me legal remedies,and police action to save my life.

File a divorce case in Court
before that send a legal notice to wife.
Send a copy of that notice to Commissioner of Police and local police station.
mention in that notice that your life might be in danger.
