Hi my name is Amit Sharma. I m a international level athlete. One of my team mate was D faming my name in my sports related peoples before 2 years back. I called him that time and said some bad words and given him warning don't do like that. I was drunk that time and said also some abuse words.
He made recordings of that calhls.
Next days we meet and I feel sorry for that issue.
Than after he was metting me and also dealing as business and also he was coming to meet my house.
Now after 2 years suddenly he want to file FIR against me.
He wrote a complain and gave to local police station last month. That Time police call me but I was out of town for camps and work.
Now after that there are no phone calls from police station or anyone.
Can u guide me if police will do FIR against me.

it needs to be checked whether an FIR is lodged against you or not. If he was defaming you then you can file a defamation case against him.
