Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Our ancestors land of 3 Latha has to be divided in the name of three of uncle. But one uncle is not ready to pay any money for registration to transfer the land via gift deed from late grand fathers name to three uncles. In this situation we are not able to acquire our piece of land into my fathers name. Request your advice
