Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Ancestral property which is divided ages ago amongst all the 6 children, the same further has been transferred to the heirs after the death of the father's and mother's of our grandfather and great grandfather...the land has been rightfully registered through khata, mutation extract, the tax has been paid by the rightfull heirs now... the question here is that can the land partitioned earlier - ages ago ... be repartitioned again now? will the law of India approve such an act? incase the plaintiff here has applied for repartition - will the court or law of India approve the same or give its consent now? If so, how do we counterfile the same?

you need to see a lawyer with all the documents as in such property matters, the casual opinion does not work.

One needs to see and interpret the documents executed between the parties, then only an opinion can be expressed.
