Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
It's an ancestral property given to my grandfather but my grandfather made a will stating that whole property belongs to my brother. This is maternal property and my mother is the only child to my grandfather. As my father didn't had any wealth he looked after my mother's property. 20 years has-been passed since the will made by my grandfather. Can daughters have equal share in it.

a will of ancestral property cannot be made for entire property but only the share of the executor of the will can be bequeathed. however, you need personal legal assistance in this matter as the lawyer needs to go through all the documents.
