Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have an ancestral property(4th generation) in bangalore,to which my grandfather was the inheritor,he has a son and a daughter , he died without dividing the property , later after his death his daughter filed a case for equal share in the property , but my father and my aunt have compromised and the entire property was given to my aunt when i was a minor , do i have any rights over the property now ? can i claim equal share in it. my father is not alive anymore.
