Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
AOA, My question is that can we give an application for early hearing in civil case if the case is one year old? or there is any time restriction after that we can give this application of early hearing?
same question is for family case (dowry article). my ex husband is delaying the case and its been one year and 2 months since the case is in evidence stage. can i give application of early hearing? further this application is to give to relevant court or session judge?
