Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have applied for Home Loan and bank asked to get title clearance from Bank panel advocate.Advocate asks to provide or arrange for original Land purchase agreement of builder from whom residential flat purchase along with land on which flat constructed by developer.Now builder do not allow to access personal doc. to advocate and he is not responsible for the same by any law.Now bank is rejecting loan without title clearance report. Pl. guide me so that i can get laon

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the builder to provide you with a photocopy of the original land purchase agreement, get is notarized by an Advocate and submit it to the bank where you have applied for the Home Loan.
