Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I apply for new electric connection. In dt.24/08/2013 for 4 kw. First distribution company inform to me that deposit previous arrer I deposit arrer bill in dt 27/07/2013. But till date electricity distributor has not provide to me new connection can I file acase agnaist distributor company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you should certainly file a case against the electricity company for not providing you with the industrial connection, and hold them responsible for the loss of business too on account of the delay in providing you with the connection despite all payment.
