i had asked about a unmuvable property`s document papers are in my grand father`s name he had a will in a plain paper which was not registered
i want to know that my mother is the only legal holder of the property which she is paying the property tax by her name
i want to know that can the documents transfered to her name
what will be the document charges

in whose favour was the property willed??.It does not matte who is the legal holder in case the property is willed then the beneficary will get it. It is not mandatory that the will shld be registered.for further query contact 9312411481.
