Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Aslam .my dad and mum both have worked in the same shop for over 40 yrs .in owner life’s and more my dad was a 10 yrs old boy when he left to work and make a life for him self in the uk .

They worked hard as most harder working Asians do even help most people they could ther own and more ,that’s for sure I know and help everyone that ask them as that’s the kind of people they are . My uncles who have never worked a day in ther life’s .took my dads confidence and made him a man who was scared of his brothers who would not say enything to them from fear . he was a slave in a way they says jump he had to jump , my dad died a broken man as he had lost his will to live , my dad was broken when they tried and took all his life’s savings and life wrk all the land 7 murba property in Pakistan shopping centres and houses ,all to ther selfs and even tried to get me to sign the paper as I am a son , when I refused as I have worked from the age of 7 day and night in the family business to sign I ask them how can they expect me to sign when we have worked all owerlifes to get to wher we are they shut me up and put me owt the house ,but I never sight , so I got told to leave the house I grow up in as a child that’s the day my dad lost his will to live and started to go mad in his own way lost to the world in reality he past away in yrs to cum , my uncle still to this day says we do not own enything in Pakistan but I have a papar he tried to get me to sign can I fight back for haq Shafa he’s never wrk in his life we sent cash to him in black bags I seen it with my own eyes and so did others ,I know ther is a lot of prof he has stole my dads land and my haqe plz can u help I have 1 brother who sign the paper and 2 sisters who would like to know where in Pakistan law do we stand thank you sarfraz nazar my email is @ [email protected] thank you very much

if the property was under a joint ownership (that you father and his brothers) than you have a valid case of inheritance in those properties, and they can not get away. if the case is that the local properties were purchased with your fathers money than again you do have a case to fight.
