Haq Mehar indat talub(Mo ajjal) jo naqad ada na keya jay us ki fee hy???. keya yeh nekah nama registered krwaty waqt hi ada karni hoti hy ya jb ada keya jay us waqt . please answer early.

mehar Indal talab means on demand of wife when she demand.
it's not Moajal . as Mojal is different type .
registration of Nikah is not conditional on payment of dower.
