Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Assalam O Alaikum!

Sir, kindly favour me with your valuable advice. If there is an FIR against any accused, who was found involved in following crimes:

1. Using of extremely derogatory and threatening remarks on fb Messenger

2. Seducing for manipulation of abortion

3. Planning for dacoity

Can his name be put in ECL, if yes, then what Will be the procedure and how long it will take till action?

either you must be an aggrieved person to initiate this procedure against the alleged person, secondly if the FIRs are already there than its the call for the IOs to initiate for the process,

above two position in place , if this is a must for you to over see the situation you can also move the High Court in order to make sure that alleged person doest leave the country.
