Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
assalam o alaikum,sir if a FIR 324(based on lies)is reported against an innocent person.later the dispute becomes settle between both the parties, in court during the process of bail before arrest.and the opponents deposit the sulah naama .now is it possible for that innocent person to clean his record completely from the books of police so that the case will not reopen before that.and is it will be possible for that person to apply in future for govt job because they can ask for the character certificate from nearby police station.

No.. In case of compromise, the accused gets compounded and compounding tends to conviction.. A convict cannot work in Govt Job.. You need acquittal to the offence to remove conviction. For more consult [email protected]
