Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Asslamoalaikum, Respected Sir, before 3 years ago, when my Daughter was in prignent, on last 8th Month, her Husband her husband divorce her, after divorce my daughter birth a baby, i mean boy, after divorce her ex husband not pay any single of penny, like deliver charges and other related expenses. Thanks of Allah, recently i marriage of my Daughter on 18th. October 2014, when her child is very going near to 3 years, on 19th. December 2014 inn shaa Allah. now her ex husband came my house and said, i want my child, i say him u go from here, because from divorce to baby birth, he no pay any single of penny, for child and my Daughter, now he demand his child, despite of this fact, now the child is 3 years, and my daughter husband, submitted his undertaking, that, he availed all expanses of this child, with two witness. and now my daughter child is with them. Sir i request u to please, how can i protect my daughter child? i again repeat he is 3 years only. also they face me to dire consequences, and harsh me, and saying his ex husband and his brother, we are member of MQM, we take u from your home also my two Sons. Sir i m a typist and poor person, i afraid. You are requested to please advise me what should i do? and how can i protect me and my family.
