Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

the award passed by the arbitrator but the agreevied party filed sec.34 before dist. court,for setaside the arbitration award . but the noticesU/sec. 34 arbitration and concilation act received by the respondent. but the respondent not filed vakalth not appear before Hon'ble court. the hon'ble court passed exparty orders aginst responent and also direct to send the case

to arbitrator and setaside the petition allowed before 3 months back.

now i can filed restoration petition to restore the order which is passed by the

Hon'ble court.

there is any limitaiton for restoration petition.

kinldy give suggestion on this situvation

Your query is not very clear but from what I have understood that the petition under sec 34 has been allowed and the case has been remitted back to the arbitrator. file a certified copy of the order and place the same before the arbitrator so that the proceedings can commence before the arbitrator.
