1 Answer from Attorneys
1) You can file the execution under Section 25 or Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, anytime within 12 Years.
2) There is no limitation prescribed in the Consumer Protection Act for executions, so you will have to fall back on Limitation Act, as per which you have 12 years.
3) File in concerned jurisdiction.
4) If the advocate has not informed u for the last 6 years, why have u done?
It is also ur prime duty to enquire the status when u filed the case.
