Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
This is Balaji, the question is about my Mother-in-law. She has Two Brothers and they have an ancestor property which is on their Mothers Name and she is alive. I need to know whether she has the equal rights in the property as their brothers or she just have to get the part which is given by their brothers. and also the property has been transferred to their mother by their Grandmother . So pls help in clarifying the following doubts,
1.Whether she has full rights in the property, as we have heard that Grandma property is belonged to their Granddaughter
2. Else she has the equal rights in the property as her brothers.
Thanks in Advance for your Help!
