Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi I am belongs to Andhra pradesh state I got an agricultural land of my mother's father through government tender(Harraas).but it is having power tenant on it. but in records they mentioned that it came on succession through my mother. The problem is still it is having power tenant name in it. So can you please give advice to remove the power tenant name to avoid future problems.i have all receipts of purchase in tender.
