Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have booked a flat from a promoter 3 months ago. Now the flat is ready to use. He is pressurizing me to register, but I told him that I will register it after one month because I don't have the required amount. Then he is telling me that to take the booking amount back & live the position. Can he take any legal action against me to do so.
