i have booked pre launch flat on jan 2013 and paid 3 laks ,builder told me that they will give payment receipt after CC of project will come .now they are demanding 3 laks more ( 10 %). and assured to give allotment letter and payment receipt after check is encash.please guide they are cheating me

File a complaint against the builder in the nearest police station to his office u/s 420/406 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200/ alongwith an application for registration of FIR u/s 420/406 IPC. Simiultaneously file a complaint to the district consumer forum having Jurisdiction over the area of office of the Builder. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
