Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have bought a flat in pune it is nearly to complition builder will give possession in next 3 to 4 months . He had charged us 3 years maintainance and that comes to 75 thousand but suddenly he says that you will have to pay 2 lac of Rs says that his project is eco friendly and as per court the prices of labour and material has increased.Pl advice us

the terms are guided by the agreement entered into with builder it needs to be perused before i can comment on his action.
