Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we bought a land from a lady who had power of attorney to sell that land, after 8 years the wife of previous land owner filed a case claiming that this lady has miss used the power of attorney as her husband ( previous land owner) died before we bought the land.
We are doing agriculture on that land from last 15 years and case is still pending in the court. Wife of Previous land owner (who is not alive now ) is trying to sell that land to other people.
Is there any way by law to stop her from selling that land until judgement is not given on that land.
Pls advice.

In a pending court case, you may consult with your consul for appropriate action including filing of a misc application for interim injunction.
