Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Brother in law has decided to construct house near to my land (share of below mentioned property) Please let me know whether I can stay (stop) the construction near to my land,as I fear he may acquire my wife�s share of land also.My wife and myself (her husband) signed at Register office in Kerala and given property to her brothers. Now we need that property. As per Indian law is it possible to get back the property

1. No, you cannot get back a property once given by a registered deed.
2. You have no right to stop a person from raising construction merely because his land falls near your land.
