Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am two brother ,My mother and father expired.father expired on 26.01.2013. After his death the name of my brother and my self registered in government record but after few day my nephew had submitted a registered bill and claimed that the all fixed and movable property given to us by their grand father.I am having two daughter and brother have two sons. all the property is originally transferred from my grand father to father.Now the matter is under court.Shall i get my part.That bill was prepared on 04.05.2011.
