Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my brother and his wife died without making any will, their son is missing from last 20 plus years. i am his younger brother and we have a sister, it means we are three one sister 7 two brothers.
Now plese tell me who will be the lawful owner to my brother's property ?

If you are governed by Hindu Law, you will be entitled to inherit as per the list of legal heirs given in the Schedule of Hindu Succession Act.
