Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are three brothers and we have properties earned by my father by himself and all properties on my mother name. if the distribution of properties comes they have to distribute to all 3 or they can share only 2 sons.

Since the properties are self-acquired by ur mother,
she can alienate as she wishes even to an outsider.
