i am a builder and entered in to a un registered collaboration with the land owner, and i was write in the agreement that party have built up demage mulba condition double story un live able property and there was mention in agreement construction work shall be complete after approval of plan from authority and work shall be compleate with in 12 month from the bhumi pujan but suddenly , land lord threatening us that he could not execute the sale deed in your favor after complition of said property but in the agreement we bound to him for he will execute sale deed and till to day we have physical possessionn with possession letter with sighning of the land lord with the one wittness who mediator but mediator party of land lord and second wittness blank , so i was in confusion that after investment of lot of monny on that property if land lord raise any dispute regarding transfer of documents then what can i do ? And second to period or recession property go down i want to start slow that job is it possible any harm full action taken by land lord against me , if do not start because the property demolished on ground level and we sold the mulba agaisnt the demolition charges as per condition of agreement and also pay to party lot of money in bayana shape also .
