if a building is built in a poramboke Land in possession since 15 years(purchased on a unregistered document) is let without rent & agreement to a relative who tries to occupy it with a ration card proof - how to drive them away from from local support occupation - how the original buyer gets in to the house occupied by miscreants

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the documents pertaining to the ownership and title of the land are not registered, the owner himself needs to first justify his ownership and title to the plot of land; before the owner can take Police action to evict the relative / miscreants from the possession of the land.
