Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am a businessman...my father had a car that is rented for a govt office...my father gave me the car...bt i did not registry it due to ignorance...after my father's death all my brother and sisters claims the share...and i am not getting the rent from the office due to father's death...what to do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has passed away Intestate (without leaving behind a Will), all assets lying in his name will vest in the name of your mother.
