Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
I have a case in civil court, which has been decided in my favour for a property of 2 Marla.
Unfortunately my lawyer gave my residential/NIC address wrong when filing the suit document. He has requested the judge to make changes, but he has refused.
Please let me know what to do and save my self from trouble.
