Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in

In case a court had granted a stay order against encashment of a cheque in favour of plaintiff. and during the stay period the defendant presents the cheque and get a "dishonour slip" from the bank. Can I take the plea that the bank was not allowed to dishonour my cheque when a court had granted a stay order. The bank should have ticked the coloumn which says " court stay order" instead of ticking the coloumn " insufficient funds".

Please advice in accordance with pakistani law?
