Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
there is case filed by the buyer for specefic performance of contract in high court, the sale deed of land was registered but buyer took possession of land and instituted suit in lower court and failed and filed first appeal in high court due to that sellers right to transaction is violating because of stay order and plantiff have no source than that propery - what is the remedy for saler.
