Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have been given a cheque as refund against cancellation of a flat booking , the same has been dishonoured on 01.11.13 in lieu of the bounced cheque he gave me another cheuqe for 23.12.13 the same will be bounced in next two days . As the party is issuing cheque every month and he is intentionally not giving me refund .

Builder Project was in Ghaziabad and his Regd. office is New Delhi , shall I file a case u/s 138. Kindly suggest step to step . If a go through the legal proceedings how much cost and time will it take to get my refund.

please issue a legal notice once the cheque gets dishonoured. you can file a case against him in delhi or ghaziabad but it would be better if you filed it in delhi. the cost and fees vary from lawyer to lawyer. for further assistance contact 9312411481.
