Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil case 2 defendants are there now to reply to a application i filed counter under heading - counter filed by defendant 1 & 2, i am party in person.
1- Is the headings acceptable.
2- In affidavit part the defendant no. 1 stated I , S/O , AGE .
the defendant no. 2 has not given like this . IS IT OK to file affidavit this way.
3 - single affidavit made and signed by dfendant no.1 & 2 ,is it suitale .
if not pl. advice in which manner the defendant 1 & 2 can file the same.
