Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

In civil case i filed p.w.1 withdocuments,court returned the documents tofile with petition pl. advice the next hearing if i do not file the documents will there be loss/harm to me.i filed documets in plaint , now i think it is not imp.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the hearing has gone contrary to your submission in the original plaint, it is important that you file an Addendum in the Court in your defence, prior to the subsequent hearing.
