Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil case I.A was dismissed ,plaintiff filed C.R.P in high court, it is in listing stage i am defndant pl. advvice,now i want to conitnue the proceedings in lower court ,what should i do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Once a case is put up for hearing in the High Court, it cannot be pushed down to the lower Court ... unless the Judge hearing the plaint specifically instructs the litigants to do so.
