in a civil case currently the suit filed in court without receiving the judgement can a person have rights to sell the property that which the suit is based along with the land. what will happen.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Court has ordered to "maintain status quo" till the case is decided for Judgement and Decree, the present user of the property cannot sell the property to a third party since it tantamounts to contempt of Court.
