Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i want to know how civil cases decided in civil court ,how much of the case, the plaintiff have to proof to get a verdict in his favour.

have you filed the case at what stage is it?? Issues are framed in the civil suit and the court decides which party will prove which issue. the plaintiff has to lead evidence to proove his issue.
