Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil suit there are 4 defendants ,the name of one of the defendant is mentioned wrong nic name is given and official name is not mentioned,the case is to be concluded, now pl. advice will the court ask any identity proof or
is it ok to conclude the case.
