Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil suit the defendants are of the same family, now i would like to know
1- The identity prooff to be given to court, is it sufficient if one of the family members give to court or
should all the members provide identity copy to court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the members who have been named as defendants in the Court proceeding will have to provide their respective identity to the Court.

You do not have provide an identity proof in the court. The defendants are required to file their written statement / reply to the plaint. The signatures on this document may requir attestation by Oath Commissioner / Notary Public / Executive Magistrate.
