Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In civil suit i want to file opposite partys property plan in evidence as exhibit,
can i file this in xerox as i cannot get original/certified copy

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES. You can file the copy of the opposite party's property plan as evidence in the Court if you have it.

you need to file certified copy otherwise the plan will not be read in evidence. if you cannot procure the certified copy, you need to lead evidence of the concerned government officials who would testify that the document is copy of genuine.
