Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
in a civil suit of land matter stay application and stay granted as ex parte under 39 rule 1 and 2 cpc initially was dismissed by civil court and appeal was also dismissed by session court.now the petitioner has lodged a writ petition in high court instead of filing a civil revision.is it permissible like this.
