Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A civil suit pertaining to our property had been filed in civil court, mumbai in 2006 in which we are defendants. we had not filed any reply and now the court has refused to take our reply in the said matter. the suit is now in evidence stage. All documents have our forged signatures. will we be able to defend without court accepting our written statement?
