Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Civil Writ Petition in Kerala high Court was filed in the year 2010, after several hearing and filing of Intrim Affidavits from both the sides, the court Finally heared on 10-6-2013, and single Bench reserved for Judgement, but till date after 4 months, no Judgement Pronounced. Do I have any remedy for this , How Long a Judge can keep the Judgement pending?
