Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Civil Writ Petition in Kerala high Cour Finally heared on 10-6-2013, and single Bench reserved for Judgement, but till date after 4 months, no Judgement Pronounced. Do I have any remedy for this , How Long a Judge can keep the Judgement pending?

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is a foregone rule that any case in any Court of law has to be heard, decided and the Judgement Order passed within six months of the date of filing the case. You should plead before the Judge to expedite the release of the Judgement Order in the matter.
