Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, I want to claim my share in my grandfathers property. He died 10 years ago. He has 3 sons and I am the youngest son of his eldest son. The property I want to claim is still under his name and has not been divided among his sons. The property was not self acquired by my grandfather and its an ancestral property. I am a major and I am 31 years old

You have to file suit for partition to get your share in the property. In the Civil Suit you have to pay court Fee as per your share in the suit property.
