Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
commen road jiske ek taraf building hai aur dusri taraf mera garden hai ,jo building ka secretary hai wo kaheta hai ke usne commen road ko purchase kiya hai aur mujhe apne garden ka entrance band karna hog wo nahe chahata ke road hum use kare,mujhe ye janana hai ke wo road jo commen hai kya purchase kar saka hai wo .garden ka REGD 1990 mein hua hai aur building ka REGD2005 mein hui hai, mujhe kya karna hai ab ,entrance band karne ke jarurat hoge ya nahe.

Nahee, aapko kisibhi haalaat may aapkay bageechay ka prasthaan band nahee karna hai. Aam sadak koi khareed nahee saktaa ... aapkay eemaarat kay Sachiv aapko sirf "chunaa lagaanay kee koshish kar rahe hai".
