there is a common passage between myself and my cousins it was use in as a common passage since long tome.now my cousins showns the common passage as their own passage why there are partioning their property...kindly let me know whether it comes under common are there own,i have filed a civil case in district court warangal,andhrapradesh,india

Dear Sir / Madam,

A common passage or pathway leading to two or more plots of land is deemed to be "no man's land" and is supposed to be used for the thoroughfare of all the residents of houses in those plots. In your case, it comes under common passage and is not your cousin's private passage.
