Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My company (bank) is asking me to provide my personal bank account statement (belonging to other banks) in relation with an internal inquiry going on. I have been declaring all my saving account in income tax returns as mandated and the same is also provided to my company in annual "Assets and Liability" statement. However, i am not comfortable to provide my other bank statements depicting transaction details. Kindly let me know if it is legally binding on my part to provide?
